Bipan Piaoxue(Lake Side Snow Jasmine) is a type of Jasmine tea produced in Mount Emei, Sichuan. The flowers are picked on sunny afternoons, selecting snow-white, crystal-clear buds that are about to bloom. The flowers are picked before they open to capture the fragrance fresh, and the tea is then meticulously scented by hand. Only flowers that are beautiful in color and shape dare to be presented to the tea drinkers.
